Headquartered in Istanbul, BİREL is dedicated to delivering the donations and support of generous people to those in need through the most direct and effective means possible. Our association has intensified its international relief efforts for the people of Palestine, making it our mission to serve this oppressed population regardless of circumstance. These efforts are concentrated primarily in the occupied territories of Gaza and the West Bank.
We stand in support of the just cause and resistance of the Palestinian people under all circumstances, while taking the utmost care to ensure our relief work is carried out systematically and consistently. In conducting our activities, our association follows an aid policy that complies with national and international law as well as United Nations standards.
